Do you have a paper catalogue? We don't produce a printed catalogue as we regularly add new products and it would be impossible to keep it up to date.
Do you have a minimum order? There is no minimum order required to make a purchase.
Do I have to create an account in order to purchase? No, it is not necessary to create an account. Accounts are available if requested and can make the checkout process faster by having your details entered automatically once logged in. If you would like to have an account please email us at sales@geminibeads.ie.
Do you have a shop? We are solely an online business and therefore we don't have a physical shop.
What methods of payment do you accept? We accept credit card and laser card payments through WorldPay. We also accept credit card payments with Paypal, as well as cheques from Irish banks, bank drafts and postal orders. In all cases payment must be received before orders can be dispatched. If paying by cheque, please allow up to 5 days for it to clear.
What countries do you ship to? At the moment we only ship to countries within the European Union.
What are your shipping charges? Shipping to anywhere in Ireland costs just 3.50 flat rate for standard post and the rest of the EU including the UK is just 5.50 flat rate. Other postage options such as registered post and express post are also available. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information. Is your website secure? Yes. The checkout pages are completely secure so you can safely enter your personal details. You will notice the address change to https://www.geminibeads.ie and a padlock symbol will appear on the bottom of the screen.
Do prices include VAT? Yes, all prices include VAT at 21%. There is an exception for magazines which include VAT at 13.5% and there is no VAT charged on books.
What happens after I place an order? Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email to say that we have received your order. When your order has been processed and shipped you will receive another email. If you have not received any confirmation emails it is usually because of an incorrect email address supplied to us. Please contact us if this occurs to check we have the correct email address.
What happens if I want to return an item I have purchased? By law you are entitled to return items purchased by mail order or online within 7 days of receipt of your order. Please email us before returning the items to arrange the return.
